Web Design: Using Adobe GoLive
This hands-on course focuses on Adobe GoLive the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get ) web editor. The visual design tools in GoLive allow pixel level page layout control and the flexible source code editor helps write, edit, and check HTML. The easy-to-use Dynamic HTML, cascading style sheets, QuickTime editing, ready-to-use JavaScript actions, and advanced site-management capabilities make this a preferred web design tool. Optimizing web graphics using Photoshop and ImageReady will be demonstrated.The class is appropriate for web designers, graphic designers and others interested in creating state of the art web sites. This course covers GoLive's basic and advanced features including:
- site organization and structure
- site creation, maintenance and management
- working with images
- working with tables
- creating links
- working with colors
- using the Layout Grid
- working with frames
- creating JavaScript rollovers
Prerequisite: Web Design Overview and Web Design Hands-on Basics
