Web Design II

Web site development is a matrix of content, design, and business strategy intertwined around technology. This course covers a comprehensive overview of the design process and methodologies from a production perspective for the creation of a coherent Web presence. As a continuation of Web Design I, students will apply real world production process of Web site design, with an emphasis on developing the workflow, applying risk management strategies, and conducting usability testing on their projects.In this class you will have the option to produce a real client web site based on the designs in the Web Design 1 class.

Artists and designers transitioning from other mediums, as well as others who want to learn how to communicate through design on the Web.Prerequisites:
